We advise against deliveries when temperatures are higher than that of the UK average summer. We have no control over temperatures during deliveries and so we cannot accept responsibility for any chocolate deliveries that have been heat damaged.

NOTES ON VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES
1) Our shopping cart will charge VAT (value added tax) on chocolate, nibs and sacks for UK and EU orders (based on billing address). No tax is charged for non-EU international orders.
2) Shipping charges are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate for EU and UK orders. This appears on your final invoice included in the mention of VAT.
3) Our shipping operation is based in the UK. Willie's Cacao (El Tesoro Ltd) and The Link & Co. Partnership cannot take responsibility for import duties levied on international orders.
